InRChat SMS Consent Policy

End users provide consent to receive SMS messages through one of the following methods:

1) Direct SMS Opt-In:

Users initiate contact by sending a message to the system (e.g., "START" or a designated callsign token such as "K03:"). These messages are logged and retained as proof of consent.

2) Manual Enrollment:

Users provide their phone number directly to East Corner Industries during onboarding and explicitly consent to receive SMS communications. Consent records are maintained internally.

This messaging service is restricted to authorized participants of a private communications group and is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
